Personal Information Protection Policy

As a business operator engaged in bridal business, we believe that there is a strong demand for the proper handling of personal information. In order to realize the pursuit of customer satisfaction, which is one of our conduct guidelines, based on this concept and in consideration of the size of the Company, we have established the Personal Information Protection Policy as follows. By following this policy, we will handle personal information (whether that of our customers, business partners, shareholders, those who wish to join the Company, or employees) appropriately.
1. Acquisition, use and provision of personal information
The purpose of "acquisition", "use", and "provision" of personal information is clearly stated, and these are done with the consent of the relevant person's consent. The Company shall use the personal information obtained only within the scope of the purpose of use and take measures to ensure that the personal information is not used for any purpose other than such purpose. We will not use personal information in a way that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts.
2. Compliance with laws, regulations and codes
We will comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other standards.
3. Implementation of security measures
The Company shall store the personal information it retains under strict control and take appropriate security measures and corrective measures against risks such as unauthorized access to such personal information, and loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information. Upon discovering or receiving notice of a breach in these security measures, the Company shall immediately notify affected persons there that has been a security breach.
4. Inquiries about personal information
The Company will respond, in a sincere and prompt manner, to inquiries, complaints, and requests for consultation regarding personal information retained by the Company, by clearly indicating the point of contact for complaints and requests for consultation.
5. Continuous review and improvement of internal systems to protect personal informationinformation
In addition to establishing an internal system to protect personal information and ensuring thorough awareness among all employees, we will continuously review and improve the system by giving due consideration to the social situation related to the protection of personal information and the opinions and complaints received from our customers from whom we obtain personal information.

POLICIES RE THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

I. Name of Business Operator
Island Label Hawaii, Inc. a subsidiary of Novarese (the "Company")
II. Personal Information Protection Manager
The Company's General Manager of Administration. See Section 8.A below for details about the point of contact for inquiries about personal information.
III. Permitted Uses of Personal Information by the Company
A. Permitted Uses of Customer Personal Information:
1. To appropriately manage the contracts between the Company and its Customers.
2. To introduce the Company's services, or to send notices about the Company's services, to Customers via e-mail, mail, telephone, or any other means of communication.
3. To create reports that survey and analyze Customers' personal information for the purposes of maintaining and improving the Company's services.

B. Permitted Uses of Business Partner Personal Information:
1. To appropriately manage the contract between the Company and each of its Business Partners.

C. Permitted Uses of Shareholder Personal Information:
1. To facilitate the provision of the Company's services to its Shareholders.
2. To implement various measures that foster the relationship between the Company and its Shareholders.
3. To perform tasks relating to shareholder management, including the preparation of shareholder data in accordance with the standards under applicable laws and regulations.

D. Permitted Uses of Job Applicant Personal Information
1. To deliver information about the Company and its job application procedures to individuals who have expressed an interest in working for the Company.
2. To evaluate applicants who have expressed an interest in working for the Company.

E. Permitted Uses of Employee Information
1. For purposes relating to the Company's daily operations, including but not limited to, business communications, employee recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable law.
2. For purposes relating to the Company's human resource obligations, including but not limited to, scheduling work hours, determining work assignments, payroll, tax withholding, employee benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
3. To maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
4. To properly enforce the terms and conditions of any employment agreement between the Company and an individual employee.
IV. Recording Customer Telephone Calls
A. Subject to any notice requirements under applicable law, the Company may record incoming telephone calls from Customers for the following purposes
1. To improve the Company's customer relations.
2. To accurately understand and respond to customer inquiries and communications.
V. Security Control Measures
A. In order to ensure the proper handling of personal data, the Company has established and complies with the following policies and rules for handling personal data:
1. The Company has appointed a person responsible for handling personal data, has clearly identified the employees who handle personal data and the scope of personal data handled by such employees, and has developed a system for reporting to the person responsible in the event that any fact or sign of violation of applicable law or handling rules is discovered.
2. The Company provides regular training to its employees on matters to be considered in handling personal data.
3. In areas where personal data is handled, the Company controls the physical access of employees, and takes measures to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing personal data.
VI. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
A. The Company will not disclose or provide the personal information of an individual to a third party unless:
1. the Company has obtained the consent of the owner of the personal information;
2. the services related to the handling of personal information are outsourced in whole or in part to a third-party vendor (In such case, however, the Company will make efforts to appropriately supervise the third-party vendor, including, but not limited to, requiring that the third-party vendor enter into a personal information protection agreement with the Company);
3. the disclosure or provision of personal information is in a form such that the individual's identity cannot be determined (e.g. summarized statistical data);
4. the disclosure or provision of personal information is required by laws and regulations;
5. the provision of personal information is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual in question;
6. the Company is required to cooperate with the national or local government in the performance of public duties, and obtaining the consent of the individual in question is likely to interfere with the performance of such duties; or
7. other cases that fall under the exceptions provided by applicable law.
B. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties Located in a Foreign Country

3. ISLAND LABEL HAWAII, INC., and KAILA TOURS LLC appropriately handle personal information received from the Customers in accordance with the local laws and regulations.
4. In cases other than those described above, the Company may also provide personal information to third parties located in foreign countries. In such a case, the Company will obtain consent from the individual in question after providing the individual with the name of the relevant foreign country, information on the system for the protection of personal information in the relevant foreign country obtained by an appropriate and reasonable method, and information on the measures for the protection of personal information taken by the third party. If the name of the foreign country cannot be identified at the time of obtaining consent, a statement to such effect and the reasons therefor, as well as any reference information (if any) will be provided.
VII. Pseudonymized Personal Information
A. Pseudonymized personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law and related guidelines.
VIII. Procedures and Point of Contact for Inquiries about Requests for
Disclosure of Personal Information A. A Customer may contact the Company's point of contact for inquiries about the Company's disclosure of personal information (i.e., notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion of personal information, suspension of use or deletion, suspension of provision to a third party, and records provided to a third party). Please contact the following point of contact.
IX. Customer's Discretion to Provide Personal Information
A. Whether a Customer provides the Company with personal information is at his or her discretion. If, however, the Customer does not provide the information requested by the Company, the Company may not be able to provide its services appropriately to the Customer.
X. "Cookies" and the acquisition of personal information via the Company Website
A. The Company's website uses data called "Cookies" for some contents. Generally, Cookies are small files sent to the internet browser of the Customer's computer, mobile device or tablet by the websites he or she visits. These files track and monitor the sites visited by the Customer and the items clicked by the Customer on these pages. The Company's Cookies are used to enable more convenient use and browsing when the Customer revisits the Company's website. The Company does not use Cookies to identify individual Customers.
B. The Company uses a computer program called "Google Analytics" to collect and analyze "traffic information" about the Company's website (i.e., information about the volume, frequency, and timing of visits by online Customers to the Company's website). The traffic information generated by Google Analytics does not identify individual Customers.
C. The traffic information collected by the Company using Google Analytics will only be used for the following purposes:
1. To statistically analyze access information and use it to enhance the website's accessibility and contents; and
2. To determine the cause of web server problems or failures.
D. Customers may refuse to receive Cookies sent by the Company's website by changing their web browser settings. However, the website and the services provided by the Company via the website may not function properly if Cookies are disabled.
E. In addition, the Company's website uses Secure Sockets Layer data encryption (SSL) to secure the input of personal information via the website. Relatedly, the Company has implemented a number of standard security measures to protect information within the website, including, but not limited to the installation of a firewall. However, due to the complex nature of Internet security in today's marketplace, the security of the Company's website is not fully guaranteed.
