Some days we grind and have to get our coffee needs met at a Starbucks. Other days we want to pretend we live in someone's coffee shop AU aesthetic. Enter: Glazer's! Glazer's is a cute little coffee shop on King St that makes for the perfect place to visit for a nice coffee (or tea!). It's cute, cozy, and it's got some great tunes to pair with your latte (complete w/ cute latte art!)
We are at the end! The final step of any good skincare routine is sunscreen. This is the most important step of your A.M. skincare routine. The best sunscreen is the one that you will use, the sun gives off UVA/UVB rays, which can cause skin cancer, discoloration, and wrinkles, so prevention is key!
In the Ancient Hawaiian religion, there are protectors and guardians everywhere called aumakua. These usually take the form of animals, such the pueo (Hawaiian owl) or mo'o (gecko)! The Mo'o were of monstrous size and they guard places like such as fishponds.
We've probably talked about Duke's before, but y'know what? We just can't get enough! Duke's is located at the Outrigger Hotel in the middle of the Waikiki strip. It's the perfect spot for a nice dinner for a special occasion. If you're going to try a mai tai, this is the perfect place to try it, and don't leave without grabbing a slice of hula pie!
We're almost at the end of our skincare routine! After treating your skin, we can top it off with a moisturizer. If your skin gets particularly dry, especially in the winter time, a cream is a good option, but typically, any basic moisturizer will do the trick, such as the Aveda hydrating lotion or the oil-control lotion (both from the Botanical Kinetics line!)! If you need a heavier cream from the winter, the rich creme is fabulous!
The Royal Hawaiian Hotel, known as the "Pink Palace of the Pacific".
It continues to be loved by tourists as one of the world's leading luxury hotels.
When the hotel opened in 1927, it was common to travel by ship rather than by plane.
So the best hospitality for guests after a long voyage was not the ocean view, but the green garden view.
Henry's Place is a small shop located along Beach walk, behind the Tramp International Hotel.
Ice cream and sorbet made with fresh fruit are so delicious!!
We recommend the rich, Hawaiian tropical fruit flavors like mango and pineapple, but we also recommend the refreshing coconut flavor.

In Old Hawai'i, bellstones were used to communicate. These were large boulders could be struck with a stick or another stone, and it would produce a ringing sound (hence the name!). Bellstones can be found all over Hawai'i, but one well-known bellstone is found near the Poliahu Heiau in Wailua on the island of Kaua'i!
