Become a backyardigan with the newest exhibit at the Bishop Museum! Backyard Adventures is an interactive science exhibit where guests get to explore the great outdoors, which can even be seen in one's backyard! This exhibit will be running until August 20th and is perfect for a family outing to the Bishop Museum!
Beginning July 30th, the Transformation: Modern Japanese Art exhibition will be on display at the Honolulu Museum of Art. This exhibit is an exploration of the dynamic modern period of Japanese art, which occurred between the 1860s to the 1930s. The exhibit will be on display until October 15th.
From now until December 14th, the Royal Hawaiian Band will be performing at International Marketplace at 12:00pm! The Royal Hawaiian Band was founded in 1836 by King Kamehameha iii and is the only band in the United States with a royal legacy!
Honolulu Cookie Company is currently offering their summer flavours. This year we get TWO! Back again from last year is the lemon flavour, which comes in a plain lemon shortbread (y'all, it tastes like a lemon bar, it is so good and it tastes like sunshine!), or a variation that comes dipped in white chocolate. The new flavour for this summer is a cinnamon sugar flavour reminiscent of Spanish churros, olé!
Big Island Candies, famous for its chocolate-dipped shortbread cookies, now offers two new items: "Macadamia Nut Shortbread with Everything In It Except the Bagel" and "Snack Mix with Everything In It Except the Bagel"
These items blend the popular Macadamia Nut Shortbread and Sweet & Salty Snack Mix with savory seasonings such as salt, garlic, onion, sesame, and poppy seeds topped on the Everything Bagel!

Endless Summer Festival is this Saturday! From 4p-10p on Kalakaua Avenue, visit local vendors and artists selling food, handmade crafts, and art!
Moemoeā, the newest exhibit at the Honolulu Museum of Art is the first museum exhibit by Maui-based artist Noah Harders.
The exhibit features wearable art made of organic materials such as flowers, leaves, and even fish bones and lobster shells! Moemoeā is available for viewing from 10a-6p 6/17-7/27
June 11th is King Kamehameha I Day! Every year on June 11th we celebrate King Kamehameha the Great, who unified the Hawaiian Islands in 1810, forming the Kingdom of Hawai'i.
The 2023 Young Artists of Hawaii Exhibit opens today at the Hawai'i State Art Museum! 96 award-winning works by students in Kindergarten through sixth grade will be available for viewing from June 5th through June 17th Monday-Saturday from 10a-4p. Admission is free!
