The recent storm caused significant damage; in Hawaii, the impact of the storm left over 100,000 households temporarily without power, though service was restored to approximately half of them by the morning of March 16. Additionally, road closures caused by flooding and fallen trees were reported, but conditions are gradually returning to normal.
